			<description>The government that should be afraid of its people is the one that’s not for the people. The government should be alive and always evolving keeping its core principles as the foundation of all its decisions.  Our government thinks it needs to be the solver of all our problems.  The people will solve the issues through the market.  The government needs to be there to let it happen and over see it to protect its people, i.e. commerce issues and/or to protect us from any one private entity from taking advantage of the people.  So, why isn’t the government allowing healthcare to be fixed? Why is government the hiccup?
